What you will do

• Partner with the Market Head and Sales Director to drive revenue growth, order intake, and cash performance.
• Analyze performance trends, KPIs, and pipeline data to identify commercial opportunities and risks.
• Build forecasting models using trend analysis and prepare executive-level reports for leadership.
• Act as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Legal to influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.
• Improve and standardize business processes, reporting, and tools to drive operational excellence.
• Manage business cadence, including weekly reviews, state-of-business calls, and leadership forum materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Finance, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Proven experience in forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP.
• Knowledge of MS Access or Business Objects.
