Salary: $110,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Administer and optimize enterprise DLP solutions across endpoints, email, cloud storage, and SaaS platforms.
• Develop and maintain DLP policies for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Intellectual Property (IP), and export-controlled data.
• Monitor and investigate DLP alerts, policy violations, and anomalous data movement to reduce false positives.
• Manage cybersecurity platforms including Microsoft GCC High, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, PIM/PAM tools, and Next Gen Firewalls.
• Support compliance initiatives for CMMC, NIST 800-171, and DFARS, including audits and evidence collection.
• Partner with leadership to drive security awareness and conduct phishing simulations.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or DLP-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft GCC High and regulated Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for government facilities and sensitive information.
• Ability to obtain additional security clearances as required by contract.

Nice to have

• Active Security Clearance.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting environments.
• Familiarity with handling CUI, ITAR, or EAR export-controlled data.
• Experience implementing DLP for AI and LLM tools (Cloud and Local).
• Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CISSP, or GSEC.
