What you will do

• Develop and support client-side SDKs for console, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Create Unreal plugins that interface with client-side SDKs and platform services.
• Build performant SDKs for critical features including network connectivity and messaging.
• Drive technical excellence through reference designs, architectural reviews, and code reviews.
• Optimize release processes and balance short-term trade-offs with long-term stability.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage features from technical discovery to production release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience with C++ 14 or newer.
• 2+ years of experience with Unreal Engine (4.2x/5.x) building plugins or gameplay components.
• Experience contributing to large code bases serving millions of active users.
• Expertise in continuous development and deployment of large-scale systems.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with telemetry providers like Data Dog or Sentry.
• Background in developing client SDKs that leverage highly distributed systems.
