Location: Onsite in Wrocław or Warszawa, Poland

What you will do
- Design, implement, and iterate gameplay mechanics in collaboration with game designers and animators.
- Create and prototype new gameplay systems and related tools.
- Own moment-to-moment gameplay mechanics and contribute to large gameplay systems.
- Develop networked gameplay features.
- Debug, profile, and optimize gameplay code for performance, responsiveness, stability, and cross-platform support.
- Review code, share best practices, and mentor other programmers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of game development experience focused on gameplay mechanics or systems.
- Excellent knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine.
- Strong 3D mathematics skills and experience maintaining large gameplay systems.
- Experience with networked gameplay and cross-platform code optimization.
- Experience collaborating with designers and animators in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Very good command of English, strong communication skills, and familiarity with version control systems.
Nice to have
- Experience using GAS.
- An Unreal Engine-based shipped AAA title developed from start to finish.
- Computer science education.
- Experience mentoring fellow programmers.
