What you will do

• Design and implement scalability and performance improvements to support large enterprise clients.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks through profiling, load testing, and production telemetry analysis.
• Establish performance budgets, benchmarks, and monitoring standards to prevent regressions.
• Implement patterns for multi-tenant scalability, data partitioning, and resource management.
• Perform code reviews with a focus on query efficiency and resource utilization.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices across the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 8+ years of experience developing web applications and services.
• 3+ years of experience developing cloud-native applications.
• Strong expertise in Azure, .NET/C#, and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Advanced SQL Server performance tuning and data optimization skills.
• Demonstrated experience with performance engineering, load testing, and APM tools.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools in professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS optimization.
• Knowledge of NoSQL (Cosmos DB) and messaging systems.
• Familiarity with containers and infrastructure-as-code.
