What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS technologies.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment workflows.
• Implement and maintain CDC patterns and batch processing frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level Data Engineers.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Data Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark
• Expertise with AWS services (Glue, S3, Athena, Step Functions)
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams
• Excellent written and verbal English for effective communication
• Experience working within Agile environments

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
• Knowledge of data modeling and large-scale data processing
