What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product design process for complex website initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Design and build high-quality, conversion-focused websites using WordPress and Figma.
• Apply advanced optimization techniques to enhance SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on scope and resolve technical risks.
• Integrate websites with hirify.global software to ensure seamless booking flow functionality.
• Mentor junior designers and refine internal design processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years in digital marketing design (B2B/SaaS focus) and 2-3 years in web design.
• Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS and UX/UI tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong technical skills in HTML and CSS.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to service high-value clients in-person.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira, Airtable, or Monday.

Nice to have

• Experience with GoDaddy, FTP, or agency-like environments.
• Understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, or Web Content Accessibility.
• Bilingual speaking skills.
