What you will do

• Perform hands-on development for a Microsoft Teams-based contact center.
• Implement real-time communication using Graph API, Calling SDK, and Azure Bot.
• Design and optimize scalable, distributed event-driven solutions.
• Ensure the stability and high performance of real-time call handling systems.
• Contribute to high-level architecture decisions and continuous system improvements.
• Collaborate closely with an in-house technical team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams Calling (Graph API, Calling SDK, Azure Bot).
• Strong expertise in Azure (Bot Framework, Cosmos DB, caching, event-driven architecture).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability.
• Experience with asynchronous and event-driven systems.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing using Playwright.
• Exposure to AI-driven development or testing.
• Experience with SaaS or billing platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AppSource.
• Knowledge of German.
