What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow applications, system components, and tools.
• Consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Define opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes to reduce costs.
• Manage compliance and risk requirements for supported areas in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Partner with production support and platform engineering teams to ensure seamless system delivery.
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions through data analysis and interface design.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and support.
• Valid ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Prior or current experience in full-stack Java development for custom integrations.
• 1+ year of experience collaborating with globally dispersed teams.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of Agile delivery experience.
• Experience with corporate real estate technology delivery.
• Ability to work independently within a scrum team environment.
