Nurse Practitioner (Oncology Navigation)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Must be based in the USA; offices in Nashville, TN or New York City, NY). Shift: 2:30-11p Eastern Time.

Salary: $140,000 (base for NYC)

What you will do

• Evaluate and manage oncology members with urgent symptoms or complications using a telemedicine platform.
• Develop comprehensive, evidence-based care plans to address clinical and non-clinical barriers.
• Direct interdisciplinary case conferences to create and monitor individualized care plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Oncology Nurse Navigators and Community Health Workers.
• Perform annual clinical intake visits for select members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of NP experience, including 2 years in adult oncology with urgent care responsibilities.
• At least 1 year of telehealth experience.
• Unrestricted compact RN license and Advanced Practice license.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
