Product Manager (Ads)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Ads): Leading the vision, strategy, and development of innovative ad formats for the hirify.global platform with an accent on driving intentful user interactions and advertiser performance. Focus on building and shipping complex mobile advertising products, analyzing UI-centric A/B tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale monetization capabilities.

Location: Must be based in the US and work onsite 4+ days per week in Bellevue, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end vision, strategy, and development of new ad formats.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive meaningful interactions with ads.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative data to define product requirements.
• Define and analyze key metrics to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and research teams to ship products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company.
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for mobile products.
• Experience running and analyzing UI-centric A/B tests.
• Strong knowledge of product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis.
• Must be able to work onsite 4+ days per week in a designated US office.

Nice to have

• Degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or statistics.
• Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience working with design teams on advertising formats.
• Understanding of machine learning or computer vision for video content.
