AWS Cloud Fullstack Engineer (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Design and develop secure, scalable cloud applications on AWS for public sector and defence accounts.
• Build end-to-end full-stack solutions using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python).
• Architect cloud-native services leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers on AWS and full-stack practices.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for UK Government security clearance (BPSS, eSC, eDV).
• Deep experience in full-stack engineering and deploying solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js for building component-driven interfaces.
• Expertise in Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET for secure server-side services.
• Practical experience with core AWS services and IaC tooling like Terraform.
• Strong understanding of authentication models and cloud security best practices.

Nice to have

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps, Security).
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification.
