What you will do

• Own and improve workflows across key marketing technology platforms for campaign activation, measurement, and operational execution.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for tools and systems supporting Social, Programmatic, and Search marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable operational tasks and implement scalable solutions.
• Use AI tools to streamline quality assurance, troubleshooting, documentation, and recurring campaign operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues and improve campaign execution processes.
• Support evaluations of new tools, workflow enhancements, proofs of concept, and AI-enabled operational pilots.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related function supporting campaign execution and operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience working with customer data platforms, campaign activation tools, analytics platforms, or tag and event management systems.
• Experience independently managing and improving marketing technology implementations, workflows, or operational processes.
• Proficiency using AI tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and standardize outputs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating across systems, platforms, and cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Airtable or similar operational platforms, with an eagerness to experiment with and scale AI-enabled workflows.
