Project Geologist (OpenGround)

Project Geologist (OpenGround): Supporting customers with subsurface data management challenges and delivering technical solutions with an accent on workflow optimization, data validation, and cloud integration. Focus on acting as a trusted technical advisor, providing training, and ensuring successful adoption of hirify.global’s civil and environmental software solutions.

Location: Must be based in Denver, CO, USA (Hybrid role, minimum 3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Champion the OpenGround platform through training and enablement for customers and internal teams.
• Partner with sales teams to deliver demonstrations, support trials, and develop onboarding plans.
• Provide remote and in-person technical support, including troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
• Engage customers through health checks, workshops, and upgrade support to improve adoption.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor long-term account health.
• Share market insights and enhancement requests with product management teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Geoscience, Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in geological or geotechnical sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in subsurface data management and data quality workflows.
• Experience delivering training or technical presentations.
• Must be able to work from the Denver, CO office at least 3 days per week.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global solutions, particularly OpenGround.
• Proficiency in French or Spanish.
