Communications & Employer Brand Manager – Senior (Communications/Employer Brand): Leading the development and execution of the global Employer Brand strategy to attract talent and strengthen company reputation with an accent on EVP definition, digital campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on increasing brand awareness across priority GEOs, managing external agencies, and aligning internal communications with the global brand strategy.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Georgia, Malta, or Poland)

What you will do

  • Develop and implement the global Employer Brand strategy aligned with corporate and marketing objectives.
  • Define and regularly update the EVP, employer brand positioning, key messages, and priority target audiences.
  • Create and execute monthly and quarterly communication plans with clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Organize and coordinate campaigns with external agencies, including briefing, tender management, and quality control.
  • Supervise the production of creative assets such as videos, banners, and branded merchandise.
  • Collaborate with HR, Internal Communications, PR, and Marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Communications Marketing & Employer Brand.
  • Senior-level project management skills within cross-functional environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and content-driven communication.
  • Advanced English and Russian proficiency.
  • Must be based in Georgia, Malta, or Poland.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership.
