What you will do

• Build testing systems that gate every release, including automated agent test suites and on-device regression harnesses.
• Manage the bug pipeline, including triage, reproduction, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems.
• Develop dashboards and SLAs to provide real-time feedback on system performance.
• Collaborate with research and product engineers to define testing requirements.
• Scale test infrastructure from one shipped device to millions.

Requirements

• Experience in testing non-deterministic systems.
• Experience building scalable test infrastructure.
• Understanding of eval drift, locale-specific failures, and hardware-class regressions.
• Knowledge of shipping consumer AI at OEM scale.
