What you will do

• Develop secure, scalable backend systems and APIs for the Mindbody wellness platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to iterate and deploy user-centric features.
• Champion engineering excellence via automated testing, code reviews, and proactive monitoring.
• Design microservices and contribute to the overall system architecture in a service-oriented environment.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of autonomy and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience developing backend systems for large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Kotlin, with ability to work in a mixed stack (Python, React, Ruby).
• Proven experience architecting backend services within a microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database performance and maintainability.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Kibana.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
