What you will do

• Assess product opportunities and lead ideation and prioritization for new initiatives.
• Drive the execution of product initiatives from planning to market launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful deliveries.
• Establish, track, and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain deep domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors.
• Identify and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from New Jersey or New York City
