TL;DR
Customer Support Specialist (SaaS): Providing technical support and training for beauty and wellness management software with an accent on problem-solving and client engagement. Focus on troubleshooting product issues, managing inquiries via phone/email/chat, and documenting resolutions in Salesforce.
Location: Remote (US). Must be available to work EST hours: M-F 11:30 AM to 8:15 PM and Sat 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM.

What you will do
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to identify and resolve problems.
- Troubleshoot product-related and training questions using inquisitive questioning.
- Advocate for customer needs through active listening and effective communication.
- Document all issues and offered resolutions within Salesforce.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of Meevo products, integrations, and business scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred.
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Reliable Internet Service Provider.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
- Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software/hardware and adapt to technological changes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of the Beauty Industry.
