What you will do

• Drive development projects in partnership with suppliers and the RTW Development Director to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Establish project structures, aligning on priorities, resources, and efficient ways of working.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and track progress against milestones, providing timely updates.
• Build and maintain the annual development calendar to ensure visibility and seasonal alignment.
• Oversee seasonal project budgets and monitor performance to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Academic degree in business, fashion, textiles, or a related field.
• Around five years of experience in a similar role, ideally within high-end or luxury fashion.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills to balance multiple work streams.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with a particular strength in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Stockholm.
