What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Contract & Project Management team, including Project Managers and Technical Project Managers.
• Ensure successful contract execution and project delivery across several critical programs, focusing on delivery, quality, and profitability.
• Establish and maintain an effective execution environment internally and externally, enabling strong governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across the Product Unit and Business Unit, working closely with platform integrators and customers.
• Support growth by contributing to business development, add-on sales, and robust contract establishment for future opportunities.
• Contribute to Product Offer and Offer Development processes, including cost estimation, and manage risks throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management in advanced technology environments.
• Leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts, customer relationships, and commercial drivers (cost control, margins, delivery commitments).
• Experience working in cross-functional, stakeholder-rich environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Security vetting is required based on current security protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring clearance.
