Sr. Air Freight Operations (Import)

What you will do

• Negotiate airfreight rates and monitor quotation win-loss ratios.
• Oversee daily operations of air import shipments from origin to final destination.
• Review, prepare, and process import documentation, including Air Waybills and Customs Entries.
• Coordinate with Customs Brokers and ensure adherence to import regulations and TSA compliance.
• Communicate with overseas branches/agents and airlines to monitor flight arrivals and cargo releases.
• Issue accurate billing and invoices to clients and manage collect charges.

Requirements

• Experience in airfreight rate negotiation.
• Knowledge of inbound shipment management.
• Familiarity with import documentation and compliance.
• Experience coordinating with Customs Brokers.
• Understanding of customer requirements and instructions.
