What you will do

• Define and implement the global SOC operating model, including reporting lines, authority levels, and escalation frameworks.
• Develop and maintain the global Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Design and implement structured training programs and competency frameworks for SOC operators and managers.
• Conduct operational audits, performance reviews, and readiness drills across global sites.
• Lead investigations into significant incidents and implement structural improvements based on After-Action Reviews.
• Perform manpower and infrastructure assessments to ensure capacity aligns with business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Security Operations Centers (SOC) or Command & Control environments.
• Strong background in operational governance, planning, and organizational design.
• Demonstrated experience in writing operational doctrine and SOPs.
• Experience operating in a global, multi-site environment.
• Authorized to work in the country in which you apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
