What you will do

  • Design and implement high-quality, scalable technology solutions using internal and open-source services.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user story refinement, and deployment.
  • Develop multi-threaded and multi-process service-oriented enterprise applications.
  • Identify and integrate new external technologies to transform financial business platforms.
  • Design and maintain robust testing suites, including unit, integration, and UAT.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 3 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in C++ or Java.
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle.
  • Expertise in building multi-threaded enterprise applications in a Unix environment.
  • Knowledge of programming technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
  • Experience with RDBMS (Sybase or Oracle) and SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Experience with microservices architecture design.
