What you will do

• Support the execution of the AI Moderation QA framework across internal teams and BPO partners.
• Review the accuracy and consistency of content moderation decisions using golden set QA methodology.
• Analyze moderation data to identify trends, root causes, and quality issues.
• Facilitate structured feedback loops between QA, Policy, and Product teams to validate model performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance automation efficiency with human oversight in moderation workflows.
• Support the Quality Manager with the CX AI Agent QA Program.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with hands-on content moderation and quality management.
• Familiarity with moderation systems and conversational AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of CX & Trust operations and policy enforcement principles.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and with BPO partners.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid office attendance.
