• Review anonymized chat logs to identify AI hallucinations and user frustration points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design research questions assessing product value.
• Support usability sessions by coordinating and documenting user interactions with AI agents.
• Maintain a Library of Truth to standardize high-performing conversational patterns.
• Conduct A/B testing on AI prompts to optimize helpfulness and safety.
• Develop a style guide for voice and tone based on research insights.

Requirements

• Must be located in the UK for the duration of the internship.
• Recent graduate with a research-focused Masters degree in Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical curiosity and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex text.
• Familiarity with LLMs and a desire to learn professional tools.
