What you will do

• Evaluate and label diverse data types including text, speech, audio, and video.
• Maintain high-quality standards for data labeling to meet project KPIs.
• Analyze root causes of errors and identify patterns to improve labeling quality.
• Suggest improvements to Standard Operating Procedures and internal tools.
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to data security policies.

Requirements

• French language: C1+ fluency required
• English language: B2+ proficiency required
• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced reading comprehension and ability to analyze complex documents.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks.
