What you will do

• Plan and develop seasonal collections in collaboration with management and brand teams.
• Drive end-to-end product development and design in partnership with fashion influencers.
• Oversee buying, production, and quality control processes.
• Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze product performance to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
• Provide professional guidance and mentorship to a small buying team.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, textile management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private label buying.
• Background in fast fashion, young fashion, or commercial fashion brands.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, production quantities, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
