Salary: €120,000–€170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vehicle logistics strategy, including customer handovers, returns, and vehicle movements.
• Manage direct P&L responsibility for logistics costs and influence return-related financial outcomes.
• Scale operational capacity and expand the hirify.global Station network to support company growth.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 FTEs across diverse functions.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with external logistics partners at the MD level.
• Collaborate with tech teams to drive efficiency and innovation in logistics processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment.
• 2+ years of proven people leadership experience.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).
• Strong conceptual thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills at a senior level.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to hirify.global Stations.
