Location: Must be based in the UK, with a hybrid requirement of 2 days per week in the Osterley office.

What you will do

• Assess SD, HD, SDR, and HDR picture formats and various audio mixes for quality defects.
• Validate outputs from automated quality-checking tools through spot checks and full assessments.
• Enrich content metadata, including timecode markers for features like title skipping.
• Record assessment data to support reporting and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate across shifts to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Understanding of common audio and video quality issues.
• Ability to work a rotating 24/7 shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
