What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom CMS modules and backend systems.
• Build scalable APIs and integrations with third-party services and databases.
• Lead, mentor, and coach developers across all seniority levels.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce high technical standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
• Research and implement new technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or related field.
• 9+ years of backend web development experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of PHP or Python (Django is a plus).
• Experience with REST APIs, backend integrations, and databases.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks, and HTML/CSS.
