What you will do

• Implement new functionality by writing high-performance, testable, and maintainable code.
• Analyze and provide effort estimations for technical tasks.
• Monitor and improve the stability and performance of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various software problems and provide effective workarounds.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with PHP (Symfony/Laravel) for server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production environments.
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns (Clean, Onion, Hexagonal, SOA) and principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI).
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, Redis, and messaging services such as NATS.
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Golang and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of observability tools: Grafana, Tempo, Loki, OTEL, and Prometheus.
• Experience working with high-load systems.
