Software Engineer (Go)

Location: Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland. Hybrid options available in Warsaw, Limassol, and Yerevan.

What you will do

• Write high-performance, testable, and maintainable code in Go to implement new functionality.
• Design and develop microservices for production environments.
• Analyze and estimate implementation efforts for technical tasks.
• Monitor and improve application stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex software issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with Golang for server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production.
• Proficiency with multiple databases (SQL, NoSQL, Redis) and messaging services (NATS).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of REST/RPC transports and software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews).
• Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with PHP.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and Twelve-Factor App methodology.
• Experience with GitOps and observability tools (Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Prometheus, OTEL).
• Experience working with high-load systems.
