Location: Hybrid (based in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland)

What you will do

  • Provide solution-focused HR advice to managers on employee relations and Irish employment legislation.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure statutory compliance and industry best practice.
  • Manage internal investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Lead HR projects and support recruitment and global mobility activities.
  • Analyze HR metrics and manage compensation benchmarking and salary alignment.
  • Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Third level qualification in Human Resources (essential).
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as an HR BP or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish employment legislation (essential).
  • Full clean driving licence (essential).
  • Must be located in or able to work in Tralee, Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
  • Experience in Global Mobility or Change Management.
  • Proficiency with Success Factors and MERCER.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits.
