TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London (Minimum 3 days per week onsite)

What you will do

  • Oversee the editorial direction and manage the weekly output of 'The Story of Money' podcast from iteration to completion.
  • Provide feedback and final sign-offs on scripts, all video and audio edits, and web copy.
  • Collaborate with video producers and sound engineers to build a signature look and sound for FT podcasts.
  • Manage and develop a team of producers, senior producers, and host talent.
  • Coordinate with in-house legal teams regarding copyright, fair dealing, and libel risks.
  • Collaborate with video and social media desks to optimize content reach.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an Executive Producer with strong editorial experience in podcast, radio, or video production.
  • High proficiency in DAWs (specifically Descript and Pro Tools) and understanding of Adobe Premiere.
  • Exceptional storytelling and written skills with a keen ear for pacing and narrative structure.
  • Experience managing complex projects from concept to completion and leading junior colleagues.
  • Deep passion for finance, history, and globally-focused journalism.
  • Must be based in London and able to work onsite at least three days per week.
