What you will do

• Create high-impact video content across broadcast, YouTube, and social platforms.
• Develop compelling short and mid-form content including promos, trailers, and original features.
• Establish and evolve the editorial style and tone across various content formats.
• Craft engaging narratives from interviews, archive, and event night content using sound design and grading.
• Collaborate with producers and graphic designers to bring creative ideas to life.
• Deliver content to the highest technical standards across a variety of platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kew, London.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong experience in editing short-form promotional and storytelling content.
• Excellent understanding of shot selection, editorial structure, pacing, and narrative.
• Strong color grading and sound design skills.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects and wider Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience editing onsite at live events.
• Passion for or experience working with combat sports content.
• Experience with long-form editing.
