What you will do

• Review and evaluate QAF documentation to ensure compliance with tradecraft standards and AI deployment best practices.
• Develop and utilize data mining algorithms to support intelligence search and discovery missions.
• Provide expert consultation to stakeholders on AI system development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Translate complex technical documentation into analytic tradecraft compliant language.
• Contribute to capability development by managing code in government-controlled version control repositories.
• Employ data science techniques to support predictive analysis across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly Clearance required
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning within intelligence or defense missions.
• High proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of DoD 8570/8140 compliance standards.
• Expertise in TEVV methodologies, bias detection, and fairness analysis for AI systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with DIA, IC, or DoD analytic modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of distributed data processing and large-scale machine learning architectures.
• Familiarity with Object Based Intelligence frameworks and Defense Intelligence Core Ontology (DICO).
