What you will do

• Analyze product and financial metrics daily to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Perform root-cause analysis of operational incidents and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Monitor task execution and ensure strict SLA compliance.
• Translate business requirements into actionable internal tasks and oversee their implementation.
• Initiate and scale process improvements across multiple projects.
• Maintain operational documentation and workflows in Confluence.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming within Operations, Project, or Account Management roles.
• Strong proficiency in analyzing product and financial metrics and identifying deviations.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Location: Must be able to work remotely from any location (Worldwide).
