Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

What you will do

  • Own high-stakes product and platform outcomes end-to-end as a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).
  • Design and deliver incremental value through flexible, production-ready engineering practices.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate speed and quality across the engineering function.
  • Operate and maintain the reliability, observability, and incident response for your domain.
  • Drive alignment across product, design, and engineering teams to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Mentor team members and raise the technical bar through pairing and code reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong fundamentals in C#/.NET, TypeScript, React, and SQL.
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguity and turn vague problem statements into working solutions.
  • Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) with refined workflows.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
