What you will do

• Own SEO analytics measurement across digital properties, building and QAing dashboards via PowerBI, Google Search Console, and Adobe Analytics.
• Develop and maintain an SEO valuation model to connect organic search wins to business value and prioritize improvements.
• Analyze on-site behavior trends using Adobe Analytics to provide data-driven recommendations to UX teams.
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to monitor share of voice and consumer search behavior.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Media Economics, and Web Analytics teams to integrate SEO into broader marketing strategies.
• Design and measure experiments to optimize SEO performance.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in SEO analytics, organic growth, or digital marketing analytics in an enterprise environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the US on a W2 basis.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Strong communication and PowerPoint skills to translate complex data into strategic narratives.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO ranking signals and search algorithms.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and Python for data extraction and transformation.
• Background in financial services, e-commerce, insurance, or SaaS verticals.
