What you will do

• Lead and oversee the full finance function across multiple entities and geographies.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and coordinate with outsourced finance partners.
• Ensure robust cash flow management, working capital control, and consolidation of monthly management accounts.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Maintain financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Provide strategic financial insights and quarterly reports to the CEO and the Board.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in multi-entity or international environments.
• Proven experience managing AR, AP, and operational finance processes, ideally within SMEs or growing organizations.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to support a hybrid work model.
• Flexibility for frequent travel to clients and partners, potentially outside the designated region.
