What you will do

• Plan, execute, and document system and release testing for iOS updates, Adyen firmware, and Store Commerce app releases.
• Validate end-to-end system setups for New Store Openings (NSO) within LIVE envirhirify.globalments.
• Support fiscalisatihirify.global solutihirify.global testing to ensure compliance with legal and tax regulatihirify.globals across various markets.
• Manage the 24/7 retail service desk, acting as third-line support for critical incident escalatihirify.globals.
• Mhirify.globalitor and report hirify.global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to improve service quality and escalatihirify.global handling.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as a liaishirify.global between Technology, D365, and Operatihirify.globals teams.

Requirements
