What you will do
- Develop advanced media planning strategies and channel ecosystems for client briefs and pitches.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring high-quality output and performance standards.
- Build and maintain mid-senior level relationships with clients and agency stakeholders.
- Lead brainstorms and idea creation to deliver effective solutions for client business objectives.
- Translate complex data and insights into compelling presentations and marketing communication strategies.
- Provide coaching and actionable insights to team members to improve campaign performance and workload management.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Advanced understanding of media channels, planning best practices, and purchase journey thinking.
- Expertise in media market landscapes, trends, and media owner relationship management.
- Proven ability to lead planning presentations and translate strategic approaches into actionable media plans.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to identify key decision-makers and influence at a senior level.
