TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do
- Troubleshoot applications, services, and infrastructure issues reported by end-users.
- Verify, document, and track bugs for accurate escalation to engineering teams.
- Manage incidents and coordinate communication between stakeholders and developers.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering to establish support workflows and monitoring plans.
- Partner with vendors to resolve service events and perform code reviews.
- Participate in shift rotations and out-of-hours on-call support for critical issues.
Requirements
- Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven environment.
- Software development experience, specifically with Python.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- English proficiency is required.
- Must be based in Mexico City for the hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, and Linux administration.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration, Agile, CI, PostgreSQL, Terraform, or Observability.
- Frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
