SMB Sales Account Executive (SaaS): Managing inbound and outbound prospects to drive growth within the Italian SMB market with an accent on full-cycle sales and closing. Focus on driving deals forward through multi-threading and scaling the wellness platform for clients up to 500 employees.

Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy (remote options can be discussed with the hiring manager)

What you will do

  • Autonomously manage sales opportunities originating from Sales Development outreach.
  • Quickly engage inbound leads to secure and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Execute active sales cycles using video meetings, phone calls, email, and social selling.
  • Drive and close deals within the SMB market for companies up to 500 employees.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Utilize performance metrics and data to continuously optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales with a strong emphasis on full-cycle closing.
  • Must be based in Milan, Italy for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions and/or engaging with HR stakeholders strongly preferred.
  • Background in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry preferred.
  • Expert communication skills, charisma, and strong active listening abilities.
