What you will do

• Manage end-to-end IT projects in agile or hybrid environments.
• Define project scope, planning, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams.
• Ensure project quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and priorities.
• Contribute to process improvement and project optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and IT environments.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in French is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience within financial institutions, banking, or insurance sectors.
• Knowledge of digital transformation or enterprise IT projects.
• Exposure to international and multicultural environments.
• English is considered a strong advantage.
