What you will do
- Manage end-to-end IT projects in agile or hybrid environments.
- Define project scope, planning, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international teams.
- Ensure project quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and priorities.
- Contribute to process improvement and project optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and IT environments.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in French is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience within financial institutions, banking, or insurance sectors.
- Knowledge of digital transformation or enterprise IT projects.
- Exposure to international and multicultural environments.
- English is considered a strong advantage.
