Partner Integration Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Build software at the interface of OEM and hirify.global systems, including APIs and cross-cloud integrations.
• Work directly with OEM partners to understand their technical needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Triage and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers or detected via internal monitoring.
• Develop monitoring and alerting tooling to proactively detect integration issues.
• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotation as part of a 24/7 coverage model.
• Build strong relationships with European OEM engineering teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, UK
• Customer-facing technical experience in solutions engineering or technical support.
• Strong backend engineering skills with Java and Python.
• Experience participating in on-call or support rotations for production systems.
• Operational experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with external enterprise partners.

Nice to have

• Experience building APIs for external users.
• Frontend development experience.
• Background in the automotive or mobility industry.
• Experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud operations.
• Experience building or operating monitoring and observability tooling.
