What you will do

• Design and drive the development of robust, scalable architectures for deploying and managing ML applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate business needs into efficient ML systems.
• Own the development of core functionalities including ML pipelines, model training, and monitoring.
• Provide technical expertise and lead functional streams of work to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate collaborative problem solving and mentor other engineers within the team.
• Contribute to the execution of the team's overall ML strategy and technical roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be a Singaporean citizen or hold Singaporean Permanent Residency (PR).
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with ML platforms such as Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, MLFlow, Kubeflow, or Pytorch.
• Experience with MLOps principles, CI/CD, and infrastructure management on cloud or on-premise services.
