Focus on LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, agentic AI, model optimization, and deploying scalable AI pipelines.

What you will do

• Translate business needs into AIML/GenAI solution designs for fraud and compliance.
• Develop solutions including data preparation, model training, optimization, and evaluation.
• Apply GenAI technologies for process automation and efficiency in hirify.global Gold operations.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, and product managers to deploy robust AI pipelines.
• Participate in designing and implementing AI-powered products and platforms.
• Communicate data insights from AI solutions to business leaders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning or related fields.
• 2+ years in GenAI/AIML, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, LLM fine-tuning, Generative AI agents, RAG.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch or TensorFlow; experience with prompting engineering, cloud AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure), big data (Spark, Hadoop).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or fraud detection preferred.
