What you will do

• Create and develop Alphas and utilization algorithms on the BRAIN platform.
• Conduct research on academic quantitative finance literature to identify and design new research domains.
• Analyze BRAIN platform functionalities to identify issues and recommend technical solutions.
• Design and test new datasets and functionalities within the crowdsourcing environment.
• Collaborate with strategy and operations heads to enhance user and consultant acquisition strategies.
• Develop training curricula and conduct sessions for BRAIN users and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, science, mathematics, finance, or another highly quantitative field.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, C, Python, or SQL.
• Knowledge of UNIX is preferred.
• Research scientist mindset with a focus on solving complex, unsolved challenges.
• Strong interest in worldwide financial markets.
• English: Good communication and presentation skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
